Agilitas acquired this project in March 2020 and subsequently initiated construction, targeting commercial operation in 2022. The project will generate electricity for more than 1,200 Massachusetts homes annually.

The project is classed as a Community Solar program, giving local consumers the benefit of lower-cost electricity. Sturdy Community Hospital is the largest of several hundred organizations to sign long-term power purchase agreements that guarantee energy savings for the next two decades. Ampion Energy will support subscribers to this Community Solar program, ensuring they enjoy renewable energy and guaranteed savings.
