Agilitas Energy’s Calabro Airport solar projects in Shirley NY have started commercial operations on December 24, 2019, after months of diligent and close work with the local authorities, FAA, and utility. These two projects are the largest among Agilitas Energy’s 8 MW solar development and construction portfolio in the Town of Brookhaven on Long Island New York. The previously completed projects include two solar farms built on capped landfills, and one ground-mount array located at the Brookhaven Town Hall. Another rooftop array is currently under construction at the Brookhaven Town Hall.  The projects are under 20-year Power Purchase Agreements with PSEG-Long Island, as part of the Clean Solar Initiative Feed-In Tariff II program.
