Barrett Bilotta

President, CEO, Board Member

Biography

Barrett Bilotta​

Barrett Bilotta is the President, Chief Executive Officer, and co-founder of Agilitas Energy. He also co-founded and serves as Managing Partner of Madbury Capital, Agilitas Energy’s private equity affiliate, and sits on the Board of Directors and Investment Committee.

Barrett leads the company’s overall strategy and oversees all functional areas—including development, EPC, asset management, and operations—with a focus on project development, financing, deal structuring, and organizational growth.

He holds degrees from the University of New Hampshire and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and is a retired Captain in the U.S. Army National Guard.

Michael Slattery

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Biography

Mike Slattery​

Michael is responsible for all facets of the company’s financial management activities, including structuring and executing capital-market transactions and managing the company’s relationships with capital providers. He has over a decade of specific experience in renewable-energy transactions as well as deep consulting experience in financial restructuring.

Prior to Agilitas Energy, Michael was vice president at M-III Partners, a financial advisory firm. Earlier, he worked as vice president of investment banking for Global Capital Finance specializing in renewable transactions. He also was director of finance at Barbaricum, LLC, supporting federal government renewable-energy development and research programs. Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from McGill University and completed his M.B.A. at Georgetown University. He is a CFA Charterholder.

Jeff Perry

Executive Vice President, Operations

Biography

Jeff Perry​

Jeff leads Agilitas Energy’s EPC and Asset Management departments, overseeing the Company’s project engineering, procurement, construction, as well as portfolio revenue optimization and O&M.

Jeff has over 30-years of experience in the energy business and has held a number of senior level asset management and commercial positions.

Jeff served as the President and CEO of New England Battery Storage, a leading energy storage development company prior to it being acquired by Agilitas Energy. In addition, while at Mirant Corporation, a spin-off of Southern Company and a leading independent power producer, Jeff served as President of the company’s New York and New England business units. Jeff also serviced as Chief Development Officer for Veolia Energy. Jeff holds a B.S. degree from Boston University and a J.D. from the University of Massachusetts School of Law. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.

Zac Osgood

Vice President, Development

Biography

Zac Osgood​

With broad experience permitting, designing, and constructing greenfield, landfill and rooftop PV and energy storage installations, Zac leads Agilitas Energy’s Development department. Since 2010, he has overseen development, engineering, procurement, construction and long-term O&M activities for numerous large, utility-scale projects encompassing more than 110 MW of photovoltaic and energy storage systems. He is known as one of the most experienced and successful project leaders in New England’s energy industry.

For six years prior to joining Agilitas Energy, Zac was the vice president of engineering, procurement and construction for American Capital Energy, a leading development and EPC firm.

Richard Labrecque

Vice President - Interconnection & Utility Affairs

Biography

Richard Labrecque​

As Vice President of Interconnection & Utility Affairs at Agilitas Energy, Rick navigates the utility interconnection process for a portfolio of early to late stage solar and battery storage projects, primarily in New England. He also supports revenue and performance optimization for the Agilitas fleet of operating DER in the ISO-NE market. Rick serves as liaison with utilities, ISO-NE, regulatory commissions, and stakeholder groups on a wide variety of DER policy matters.

Prior to joining Agilitas, Rick spent 30 years at Eversource Energy, most recently as Manager of DER and Distribution System Planning.

He holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering and an M.S. in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from North Carolina State University.
