Who We Are
Agilitas Energy is a Northeast leader in utility scale solar and energy storage systems.
We exist to provide predictable, low cost clean energy through distributed solar generation and energy storage for off-takers, utilities and municipalities. We are vertically integrated across the value chain to develop, finance, construct, and manage these solar and energy storage systems.
How We Operate
Our hallmark is managing the end-to-end development, construction, and distribution of clean energy.
We apply deep expertise and experience across the entire value chain to make sure our projects bring maximum yield at competitive costs. Having this total control over a project delivers the greatest overall value to our stakeholders.
Our veteran team of passionate experts have collectively developed over 100 MW of solar projects on landfills, green fields, and rooftops across six states in the U.S. We’re an early leader in the energy storage segment with a robust pipeline of projects underway that will reach commercial operation within the next 18 months.
We invest in energy projects at various stages—inception, full entitlement or at commercial operation. We provide seed capital, leverage our internal construction (EPC), source construction/permanent debt and tax equity, take ownership and provide asset management for the completed project.
