About Us
Who We Are
Agilitas Energy is a leading renewables and energy storage company with a mission to accelerate the transition to clean energy.
As the largest developer, builder, owner and operator of distributed energy storage and solar PV systems in the northeastern U.S., we have been providing predictable, cost-efficient clean energy for off-takers, utilities, and municipalities since 2014. We are vertically integrated across the value chain to develop, finance, construct, and manage these energy storage and solar PV systems.
How We Operate
Our core expertise is managing the end-to-end development, construction, and distribution of clean energy and energy storage.
We apply our deep expertise and experience across the entire value chain to ensure projects bring maximum yield at competitive costs. Through this total control, our projects deliver the greatest overall value to stakeholders.
Our veteran team of passionate experts has collectively developed more than 500MW of landfill, greenfield and rooftop solar PV, as well as energy storage projects. We are an early leader in the energy storage segment with a robust pipeline totaling over 1 GW underway.
We invest in projects at various stages — at inception, full entitlement, or commercial operation. We provide seed capital, leverage our internal EPC group, source construction / permanent debt and tax equity, take ownership, and manage assets for our completed projects.
